Workplace Giving

Donate to LightHouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired through easy and convenient payroll deductions.

Here’s an easy way to support our efforts to serve the blind and low vision community. Your company may allow its employees to contribute to the nonprofit of their choice through payroll deductions. Some employers do this through nationally known organizations such as United Way or the Combined Federal Campaign for Federal Employees. Large corporations such as PG&E and Wells Fargo have their own workplace giving divisions. If you would like to support LightHouse through payroll deductions, we encourage you to consult your human resources department to find out if your employer offers a workplace giving program.

Note: There are many independent LightHouse organizations throughout the country. When donating, please use our official name, LightHouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired, headquartered in San Francisco, CA.

Matching Gifts

Increase the power of your donation to the blind and low vision community. Your employer may match your gift to LightHouse. Many companies, from Fortune 500 companies to small family-owned businesses, have matching gift programs and will match the donations you make.

The amount of the match varies but can be as much as double the amount you donate. We encourage you to consult your human resources department to find out if your employer offers a matching gift program. If they do, follow their guidelines to donate and instigate a match. If they have a form that needs to be sent to us, fill it out and mail it with your donation to:
