If you have ever wanted to try Pole Dance, this workshop is for you! We are looking for a small group of blind and visually impaired adults to attend a private class at San Francisco Pole and Dance where you will learn the basics of pole dance in a safe and supportive environment. 12:00 pm: Diabetes Empowerment Education Program (DEEP)12:00 pm: Diabetes Empowerment Education Program (DEEP) – If you or someone you know has, or is at risk for, pre-diabetes or Type 1 or 2 Diabetes, then this workshop is for you! You will learn about nutrition, physical activity, medications, stress management, and other tools to help you manage or lower your risk for Diabetes. This is a six-week course beginning on Wednesday, May 1st. The class will be every Wednesday from 12 to 2 p.m. for six weeks.
