The moment you've all been waiting for is here... the 2021 EHC Applications go live on Monday, February 1st at 9:00am. We're planning for a hybrid summer, with a mix of both in-person and virtual camps for groups of all ages. Regardless of our plans, we will continue to monitor the latest reports regarding COVID-19 and will make a final verdict regarding in-person sessions on April 1st. For a full list of summer 2021 EHC programs and a link to both the downloadable and electronic applications, please visit https://lighthouse-sf.org/ehc2021/. EHC is the place to be!

Each Wednesday morning we offer a series of short, meditation-based practices for relaxation and stress reduction. The group is appropriate for both beginners and advanced practitioners and instruction is provided in all aspects of the practice. Instructor Jeffrey Schneider has more than 40 years of meditation and teaching experience. It is a virtual class using the Zoom platform—everyone is welcome as little or often as they like. Dial in, find a comfortable position, breathe deeply, clear your head, and de-stress. For more information contact Jaclyne Atoigue at email@example.com or call 510-925-2943.
