Leap Days are unique so come enjoy a unique experience!

We are beyond excited to invite you to join Dr. Hoby Wedler, a blind chemist and entrepreneur, best known for hosting “Tasting in the Dark” wine tours at the Francis Ford Coppola Winery, and low-vision Chef Matthew Beard, Chef at Enchanted Hills Camp for the Blind, to a one-of-a-kind wine and food experience. Dr. Wedler will walk us through the three wines, paying close attention to flavor, aroma and texture components. Then we will enjoy three spectacular bites, each artfully designed to pair with the three wines prepared by Chef Matthew.

Schedule for Saturday, February 29:

  • 10:00 a.m.: Town Hall with Supervisor Ryan Gregory
  • 11:30 p.m.: Topping Off Ceremony for new Pool Bathhouse
