Each Wednesday morning we offer a series of short, meditation-based practices for relaxation and stress reduction. The group is appropriate for both beginners and advanced practitioners and instruction is provided in all aspects of the practice. Instructor Jeffrey Schneider has more than 40 years of meditation and teaching experience. It is a virtual class using the Zoom platform—everyone is welcome as little or often as they like. Dial in, find a comfortable position, breathe deeply, clear your head, and de-stress. Concerts benefit the life-changing programs of Enchanted Hills Camp and the installation of Chimehenge. We are raising money for Chimehenge, an interactive community musical instrument of epic proportions. Created by the fanciful scientist designers at the Exploratorium in San Francisco, ten-foot tall chimes of various widths are suspended on a frame that make musical tones when hit with mallets. Help us raise $25,000 for the surfacing, trail extension and installation of Chimehange for our campers who have low vision and are blind.
