Do you feel alone in navigating daily life with impaired vision? This group offers a supportive space to share experiences, insights, and strategies for living independently with changing vision.
Following a cycle of topics from Hannah Fairbairn’s When You Can’t Believe Your Eyes: Vision Loss and Personal Recovery, we’ll practice communication skills such as self-advocacy, boundary setting, and speaking up in medical settings, social events, and at home. Sessions include discussion, peer sharing, and role-plays.
