Loving-kindness meditation, also known as Metta, is a gentle practice that helps quiet the inner critic, lift your mood, and increase empathy. Each session guides you through extending compassion to a loved one, yourself, a neutral person, someone you may find challenging, and ultimately to all beings, using the simple phrases: May you be safe, may you be happy, may you be healthy, may you live with ease. Open to all experience levels, this practice offers a calming space to relax, reconnect, and cultivate compassion.
