The MAD Lab is hosting a Maptime SF/Oakland meet up to teach about concepts and considerations of maps for blind people, comparing and contrasting examples of different methods and design to discuss their effectiveness. Maptimers will use these precepts to create their own maps, and follow up with a design review where, as a group, they will discuss what worked and what didn’t in their maps.
