Detox and Cleanse mind, body, and spirit in this yoga workshop. Learn what “toxins” are and simple ways to release them by incorporating simple Ayurvedic principles into your daily routine. You will receive recipes and a guideline to have your own 3-day cleanse.
The postural practice (asana) of this workshop will include a slow, introspective flow that restores mind, body, and spirit. Incorporating twists, mild inversions, and circular motions, detox yoga stimulates the digestive, immune and lymph systems, while allowing students to focus on deep, healthful breathing.
