About the TBBC: The newly renovated Talking Books and Braille Center (TBBC) will be a gathering space for Blind, Low-Vision and Print Disabled communities in San Francisco to engage in the joys of literacy, explore technology and enjoy library programming. The TBBC was created in 1971. It is located on the second floor of the Main Library, built in 1996. The TBBC is part of the National Library Service administered by the Library of Congress and is a beloved fixture of the Blind and Low-Vision community.
