Join facilitators Kim Shelton and Tracey Bigelow for this free Qigong workshop. What is Qigong? Glad you asked. Think of it as “moving meditation” used for stress reduction and self-care, which benefits both physical and emotional health, and includes the physical, mental and spiritual components. Qi Gong is not exercise — it is dynamic meditation where repetition is not the focus. It is the conscious application of the three intentional corrections: lengthen the spine, deepen the breath and clear the mind or visualize healing. It can be done sitting, lying down, standing or moving.
