Financial Scam Prevention Workshop

Please join Ali Chiu, Institute on Aging in a conversation regarding financial scams and exploitation. Ali will focus on 10 top scams, red flags, and some resources in both preventing and reporting those scams. Bring yourself, questions you may have, and let’s chat. 
 
About the Presenter: Ali Chiu, Lead Supervisor of Consultative Services of Institute on Aging has been a service provider since 1999. She’s worked in different domestic violence agencies, been a consultant and educator for many local and national organizations with the focus on anti-violence, gender-based violence, human trafficking and rights of senior and people with disabilities. Ali is legally blind and a woman of color who lives in San Francisco Bay Area.
