Feel the Beat San Francisco is Back! (In person)

Join us for a jam session, dance party, and celebration of rhythm where percussion, movement, and music come together in a joyful, high-energy space. Some folks drum, sing, or dance, while others simply relax and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere. Instruments are provided, or feel free to bring your own. No experience is needed. Everyone is welcome!
We're excited to welcome three talented volunteer leaders who will help make this program even more engaging and inspiring:
- Dave – New Facilitator. Dave has been a musician in the San Francisco electronic music scene for 25+ years (most notably with the band "FM Fatale)
- Megan – Dance & Vocal Facilitator
- Katja – Somatic Movement & Grounding Facilitator
1-2 PM: bring your lunch for the social hour before the Beat! Due to allergies, please no citrus or peanuts in the building.
