In early January the LightHouse Youth Program will be hosting a family bowling tournament at the Albany Bowl. All families with at least one parent or child that is blind or has low vision are encouraged to join the fun as find out which family will rule the ally. The winner of the day friendly competition will win a goodie bag full of accessible games that the entire family will enjoy.
Who: Families with at least one parent or student that is blind or has low vision.
What: Family Bowling Tournament, the family will receive a goodie bag filled with accessible family games.
When: Saturday, January 7th, 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Where: Albany Bowl @ 540 San Pablo Ave, Albany, CA 94706
Public Transportation: Albany Bowl is a short 10 minute walk from the El Cerrito Plaza BART Station.
Waiver: Each participant must complete a LightHouse Youth Program Application, if you have not done so already.
Cost: $20 per person (includes; two games and bowling shoes)
