Learn and experience some easy and wonderful exercises that will help with pain, stress and compromised health. Qigong will give you more energy and a greater sense of wellbeing. Learn how our energy can get blocked which creates illness, and find out what can be done in a short amount of time to change your mental state, and give you tools to use for a healthy, calm, relaxed and joyful life.
Yuan Gong Qigong is different from normal Qigong because it is easier and takes less time to practice.
