Cardio Kickboxing is a full-body, strength and endurance building workout that will get you stronger, leaner, and help you move faster. Every Saturday in February, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. you will have the chance to learn cardio kickboxing from a world-class instructor in our very own Fitness Room on the 11th floor. This free class starts promptly at 10:00 a.m. and an RSVP is required to Amber at asherrard@lighthouse-sf.org or 415-694-7353.
