“Baldy for the Blind” is a captivating documentary that delves into the world of visual impairment, challenging misconceptions and shedding light on the strength and determination of individuals living with blindness. The film takes audiences on a remarkable journey alongside a group of blind hikers as they undertake a mission to conquer Mount Baldy, the highest and most perilous peak in Los Angeles County, standing tall at over 10,000 feet.
Runtime is around an hour and will be followed by a Q&A with director Drea Castro and climber Melissa Hudson.
Doors open at 5:00pm for refreshments with announcements at 5:15pm and the screening starting at 5:30pm.
