Tax season is right around the corner! We are pleased to announce that LightHouse is once again partnering with AARP’s Tax-Aide Program to provide free tax filing support at 1155 Market Street this tax filing season. AARP will be at LightHouse HQ on Mondays and Thursdays from February 5 - April 5, 2026, with the addition of Wednesday appointments available in March. Appointments are required, please see the available dates and time listed below.

Available Appointment Dates:

February 5, 9, 12, 19, 23, and 26
March 2, 4, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, 16, 18, 19, 23, 25, 26, and 30
April 2, 6, and 9

Available Appointment Times:

9:00 am
10:30 am
12:00 pm
1:15 pm

Please allow for several hours for your appointment. The length of time depends on each individual tax return. Appointments can be scheduled by leaving a voicemail at 415-903-0360 or on this website.

This program is open to anyone who needs support filing their federal and California state tax returns for the tax years 2025, 2024, and 2023. Please note:

Each year requires a separate appointment and all years prior to 2025 or amendments will be scheduled in March
If you are expecting a Brokerage statement, please schedule your appointment in March to allow for time to receive your statement.

There is no requirement based on age, income level, or San Francisco residency.
