Our Accessible User Experience (AUX) team is recruiting for another cohort of four apprenticeship roles at Sony-PlayStation, starting at the end of January 2026. We are actively working on the recruiting and placements over the next few weeks, targeting to have candidate matches to share with Sony by the end of October.

We are looking for qualified candidates from our blind and low vision community. This work helps fulfill our mission around developing BVI talent and increasing employment. These roles will start as a 6-month contract with potential to extend for 6-months to 1-year (and full-time conversion is possible.)

• Software Developer Apprentice – Hybrid – San Mateo, CA office 
• Software Dev Engineer in Test (SDET) – Hybrid – Orange County/Anaheim, CA office 
• Product Management Apprentice – Hybrid – San Diego, CA office 
• Analyst, Product Analytics Apprentice – Hybrid – San Mateo/Los Angeles/San Diego offices (flexible location)
