Dec 14 –
Youth Extreme Recreation Adventure: Holiday Festive and Gift Exchange
Saturday, December 14, 5 - 8 p.m.
During the 2019 and 2020 school year, the LightHouse Youth Program will be hosting monthly recreation activities and adventures for youth that are blind or who are visually impaired. Those that sign up for these monthly outings will have opportunities to make new friends, meet mentors and develop life skills that will help them be successful in other aspects of life - all while enjoying the wonderful recreation options that the Bay Area and surrounding areas have to offer.
In December the YES program will be hosting the LightHouse Annual holiday gathering. Like in years past, students will get a chance to exchange gifts in our annual White Elephant Gift Exchange as well as take part in a cookie decorating challenge with blind and visually impaired friends and mentors from all over the Bay Area. Pizza will be provided for those that RSVP before Wednesday, December 11.
