World Labyrinth Day - Meditation Walk at One, as One (in-person)

May 6

Are you someone who struggles to sit still and meditate? Do you enjoy participating in a mindful practice with other community members? Join us to celebrate World Labyrinth Day by coming together to learn about labyrinths and experience a tactile labyrinth walk. A labyrinth is a symbolic pattern with one path that winds its way to the center and back out again on the same path. In modern times, many walk utilize them as a walking meditation for peace of mind, community healing and solidarity. Adult coordinator Maia Scott is a Veriditas certified labyrinth Facilitator who will share her experience with the practice, explain the process and offer a walk with chimes and other sound healing instruments. Dress comfortably and be prepared to walk barefoot or in socks for your walk.

RSVP by May 5 to Maia Scott at Mscott@lighthouse-sf.org or 415-694-7608.
