Rental Readiness Workshop Thursday, June 28, 6-8 PM
Join us for this free rental workshop to find out how to apply and qualify for affordable City rental programs. Homeownership SF is a citywide collaboration of experienced, nonprofit homeownership service providers, offering services to educate the public about how to access affordable rental and homeownership opportunities, including Below Market Rate units available through the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development (MOHCD). Housing counselors courtesy of community partner the San Francisco LGBT Center will guide you through the following topics and more: • affordable rental programs in San Francisco • how to submit a successful application • tenant and landlord rights • determining what you can afford • applying for accessible units • how to use the DAHLIA web portal • Rental assistance and subsidy programs ASL interpretation will be provided.
