I Love Me: Self-Esteem, Meditation & Compassionate Listening

I Love Me: Self-Esteem, Meditation & Compassionate Listening

Oct 22

If self-esteem is feeling good about ourselves, why don’t we feel good about ourselves all the time? We will explore cultural conditioning, which is at odds with sound self-esteem and learn a fresh approach to living with greater self-esteem.

The “I Love Me”™ Meditation is a simple and profound heart-centered practice of consciously generating your personal frequency of love. This practice helps us to awaken! It encourages personal empowerment, healing, and greater self-discovery as we learn practical means of replacing fear and other negative frequencies with the most powerful force in the universe: Love.

Compassionate Listening, originally conceived by Gene Knudsen Hoffman, is a practice wherein the listener practices non-judgmental listening from the heart. This provides the speaker a safe space in which to express their thoughts, feelings, and emotions.

All of our teachers are certified to teach the “I Love Me”™ Meditation through The Love Awakening, an extension of The Rodan Foundation. As a service-based organization, The Love Awakening is dedicated to giving through the living of loving acts of service in the San Francisco Bay Area.
