Each session guides you through extending compassion to a loved one, yourself, a neutral person, someone you may find challenging, and ultimately to all beings, using the simple phrases: May you be safe, may you be happy, may you be healthy, may you live with ease. Open to all experience levels, this practice offers a calming space to relax, reconnect, and cultivate compassion.

Connect with other families who understand and share your experience raising a child who is blind, has low vision, or Cortical Visual Impairment (CVI). Weekly activities are designed to be accessible for all, and to build upon monthly themes that you can integrate into your family routines. All are welcome!
