Oct 30(1 event) 9:30 am: Little Learners Playgroup (online) – Thursday mornings from 9:30 am to 10:15 am Bring your giggles and wiggles to Little Learners weekly Zoom Playgroup. Enjoy fun activities with your little one, ages 0-6, while learning strategies to support your child's visual, sensory, motor and concept development. Connect with other families who understand and share your experience raising a child who is blind, has low vision, or Cortical Visual Impairment (CVI). Weekly activities are designed to be accessible for all, and to build upon monthly themes that you can integrate into your family routines. All are welcome! (All day) When: Oct. 31-Nov. 2 Where: Enchanted Hills Camp, Napa, CA RSVP: Retreat Weekend RSVP by Friday Oct. 10 (Space is limited) Join us for a fall weekend of relaxation, laughter, and connection at Enchanted Hills Camp. Together we’ll enjoy nature walks, art, yoga, meditation, music, and shared stories. This is a chance to highlight the creativity and spirit of our Community Services programs, whether it’s hearing a poem, moving to the beat, or simply spending time in good company. Come ready to recharge, laugh, and connect—just by being together. RSVP/Transportation:

Important Information for Our Campers At EHC, we are dedicated to ensuring every camper has a safe and enjoyable experience. While our staff is committed to providing support, it’s important that campers should be capable of independently managing daily tasks such as grooming, toileting, dressing, feeding, morning and nighttime routines (e.g., brushing teeth), and basic navigation. Our staff will offer assistance as needed. Please understand that we are unable to consistently offer one-on-one assistance to campers. Therefore, all campers must be able to manage their daily living needs with minimal aid. If additional support is necessary, campers are required to bring a personal aide. There is no charge for an aide to attend camp, but they must pass our background screening protocols. |

Nov 12(1 event) 5:00 pm: Fireside Chat with Lighthouse Guild New York (Hybrid) – Wednesday, November 12, 5:00 - 6:30 PM, Hybrid Event Join our Board Chair, Jennison Asuncion, alongside Thomas Panek, CEO of LGI, and James (Jim) Dubin, LGI Board Chair, for another fireside chat. They will provide an update on where things are with the exploration phase of the possible partnership between the two agencies as well as take your questions. We are excited this time to have both Thomas and Jim join us in-person. While this will be a hybrid event, we encourage as many of you who can, to join us live at the LH to have an opportunity to meet Jim and Thomas. The fireside chat and community Q&A will take place from 5:00 to 6:00 PM Pacific Time. This will be followed by a half-hour to mix and mingle with our guests. Where: In-person at the LightHouse HQ, 1155 Market St., 10th Floor, San Francisco, or virtually on Zoom Please RSVP no later then Monday, November 10 to confirm your attendance.
