Mike Cole, a veteran of all things blindness, will lead this call-in forum to discuss the many day-to-day ins-and-outs of blindness—from daily living in your home environment to navigating the vast expanse of bureaucracies. There's always a lively crowd sharing their own experiences, so make a cup of coffee (or tea), sit in your favorite chair and call in to chat the business of blindness. (online) – Join us online for a special Lighthouse Day Lunch and Learn celebration, June 10 from noon to 1:00 p.m. LightHouse CEO Bryan Bashin will kick things off with a welcome and share an update about LightHouse’s current programs and the future. Gil Johnson, a previous LightHouse Board Chair, longtime friend, and former staff member, will give us some interesting little-known facts about LightHouse history. At the conclusion of the hour, Enchanted Hills Camp Director, Tony Fletcher, and Rehabilitation Services Director, Kathy Abrahamson, will host a LightHouse trivia contest with prizes.
