BLAZE with Glitter - Life Coaching with S.E.W. Coaching
Saturday, August 17, 24, & 31, 10 a.m. -12:00 p.m.

Get a taste for what coaching can do for your life via this short series of three workshops:
Own Your Glitter: Responsibility for time/priorities, ownership of health and well-being, responsibility for basic needs
I Thought I Knew Me: Self-love, self-worth/validation, self-care
Power Plunge: Physical body, mental/emotional, spirit/soul

Sara Waggle of S.E.W. Coaching is a Leadership Coach for trail blazers--those who have grand ideas and feel stuck in creating them, supporting those who want to bring their idea to life. She is a trained ontological coach, meaning that she coaches not only one’s tangible goals, but how one is going about those goals. Her work focuses on self-love, awareness, acceptance, and care as the foundation for living the life one desires. This workshop series is focused on ownership--looking at your responsibility and ownership of time/priorities, health/well being, and energy.
We will interact in a cozy intimate setting to empower each other in taking ownership of our lives…Owning Your Glitter. Each session will have a specific topic and while attendance to all 3 is not mandatory, there will be overlap in all 3. There will be games and prizes in each session and light refreshments will be provided. Join us for blazing fun in Owning Your Glitter!

Sara is generously offering her services as a professional coach for this introductory series on a donation-basis. RSVP to Adult Program Coordinator Serena Olsen at solsen@lighthouse-sf.org or 415-694-7316, and support Sara's work by making a contribution via PayPal or Apple Pay using sarasellen79@gmail.com, and please include "LH Series" in the notes section of your contribution. You can also bring cash to any or all of the workshops.

The events for the upcoming week are read aloud on our event hotline every Friday, which can be accessed by calling 415-694-7325. For more information about visiting the Adaptations Store, head to our shop page.
