Most importantly a successful applicant will develop a strong work ethic that they can apply to any leadership experience.
This program is designed for youth ages 14 to 20 who are blind or have low vision and are serious about improving their leadership skills. CITs will learn EHC history, health and safety at camp, and much more. There will be small assignments for you to complete throughout the week. After a week of training, our newest group of CITs will put their newly acquired skills to the test when they lead the Virtual Youth & Family Campfire on Saturday, July 11.
