Jul 21Professionally minded LightHouse students are invited to enjoy the outdoor ambiance of SPARK Social Food Truck Park for an evening of diverse, locally made food and drink in a fun and lively atmosphere. We will meet by the double decker bus at the entrance then peruse the available offerings. It's located at 601 Mission Bay Blvd.; a 1.5 mile walk from Powell Station or a hundred yard walk from the 22 bus line toward UCSF Mission Bay from 16th St. BART. Be sure to wear layers. Jul 27Pull up a comfy chair and join Community Outreach Specialist Sheri Albers in the LightHouse virtual living room to talk about all things LightHouse! Have you been experiencing changes in your vision that have been affecting your daily life, but did not know who to talk to? LightHouse in San Francisco may have the solutions you have been looking for. This is a safe place to bring the questions that you have been wanting to ask. As always, Raqi from the Adaptations Store will be on hand to let us know what is new in the world of low vision and blindness products.
