We will develop a moving meditation practice, affirm our truths through exploratory warm-up processes, generate movement and soundscapes through structured improvisation with props and learn many things from each other's body wisdom and movement sensibilities. All are welcome. No experience necessary. Dress comfortably and be ready to move.
