LightHouse in San Francisco may have the solutions you have been looking for. This is a safe place to bring the questions that you have been wanting to ask. 11:00 am: Sound Mind Body (in-person)11:00 am: Sound Mind Body (in-person) – Celebrate your body, open your mind and free your spirit in a body-positive dance and movement class dedicated to all that moves us. We will develop a moving meditation practice, affirm our truths through exploratory warm-up processes, generate movement and soundscapes through structured improvisation with props and learn many things from each other's body wisdom and movement sensibilities.
