Exercise class with Denise and Volunteers (hybrid)

In-person participants can join us at Earle Baum Campus, 4539 Occidental Rd, Santa Rosa.
Exercise with Denise or volunteers: A routine of exercises for working the whole body is the focus. All exercises can be modified to fit anyone’s level. The class also includes gentle aerobics and breath work.
The class takes place in-person at Room 3 and on Zoom.

In this low vision and blindness group, we come together to share our experiences, socialize, learn techniques for independence and resources available.
October 8, we will have Cathy Mulhern, AT instructor from the Earle Baum Campus, teaching us how to sign up for Uber rides using our cell phones. Paratransit and other forms of transportation will be discussed.

This is a Spanish language social group that meets once a month on every 2nd Tuesday. Beginning, April 9, 2024 the group will alternate the meeting location between the San Francisco Public Library and LightHouse every other month. And feel free to stick around for the Spanish Book Club right after this at 2:00 pm.
