    The moment you've all been waiting for is here... the 2021 EHC Applications go live on Monday, February 1st at 9:00am. We're planning for a hybrid summer, with a mix of both in-person and virtual camps for groups of all ages. Regardless of our plans, we will continue to monitor the latest reports regarding COVID-19 and will make a final verdict regarding in-person sessions on April 1st.     Please note that although LightHouse is closed for the holidays, this virtual class is still being held on December 22.

    Each Wednesday morning we offer a series of short, meditation-based practices for relaxation and stress reduction. The group is appropriate for both beginners and advanced practitioners and instruction is provided in all aspects of the practice. Instructor Jeffrey Schneider has more than 40 years of meditation and teaching experience. It is a virtual class using the Zoom platform—everyone is welcome as little or often as they like. Dial in, find a comfortable position, breathe deeply, clear your head, and de-stress.

    Enchanted Hills Camp Virtual Campfire

    Camp Director, Tony Fletcher will serve as your host and hopes you will be able join. The campfires are designed for all ages and will focus on camp updates, music, laughter and fun. Please RSVP if you are interested in attending and we are happy to provide the Zoom information. You will be able to use the same Zoom link for the campfires between January and May of 2021.

    The structure for the February campfire will be:

    1. Welcome and camp music
    2. Updates on camp building efforts
    3. Summer camp program updates

    Please join us virtually this coming Presidents’ Day weekend for our next virtual Zoom gathering of our seasonal nature education program, “Sensing the Seasons” with our friends from Enchanted Hills Camp (EHC) and the Web of Life Field School (Wolf). The winter weekend program will have us learning more about the plants of trees of camp with hands on activities with pieces of nature from EHC. We will provide interactive activities to increase our students’ knowledge of our connectivity to the environment and our roles as stewards to the preservation of our facility. There will also certainly be time to reconnect your new and longtime EHC friends and catch up on what’s new with the rebuild process at EHC.

    This program is open to students of all ages.

    RSVP: Those that sign up before Friday, February 5 will receive a package in the mail with program supplies from EHC that will enhance the program experience.

    Join us for the next installment of Our newest speaker series, in Spanish! This month we’ll be spending an evening with psychotherapist Carlos Mora. Carlos works for the Department of San Francisco Public Health and promotes mindfulness. In these times of pandemic and change, come learn all about maintaining stability and mental health. It’s sure to  be an afternoon filled with positivity!
