Whether you enjoy meditative movement, breath work and yoga or have a flair for dances from Bollywood o ballroom, bring your heart and style to this class and share your love in motion with your community. This open-ended dance class celebrates you as the expert on your body, inviting you to dance from a chair or take over the floor.
