(All day): Amy Seiwert’s Imagery (online)(All day): Amy Seiwert’s Imagery (online) (All day) This November, Amy Seiwert’s Imagery, a contemporary ballet company, will release the on-demand screening of SKETCH 13: Lucky. Offered in four parts, we will release a dance work every Wednesday. Each work includes an audio description and will be available to view for 14 days. Grab a blanket and your favorite beverage, and enjoy these strikingly different ballets from the comfort of your home. November 1- 14, 2023 - Blooming Flowers and The Full Moon by Natasha Adorlee Pay-what-you-can tickets are available through Eventbrite and will give you 14-day unlimited access to on-demand screening for each work. 2:00 pm: SFPL: Talking Books and Braille Center Reopening2:00 pm: SFPL: Talking Books and Braille Center Reopening – Please join the San Francisco Public library for the reopening of the newly renovated Talking Books and Braille Center (TBBC) at the Main branch. The TBBC is located on the 2nd floor of the Main branch Public Library at 100 Larkin St. in San Francisco. Celebratory remarks and an opening bell ringing will be followed by light refreshments and music. Attendees can explore and enjoy the Center. Email publicaffairs@sfpl.org to RSVP About the TBBC: The newly renovated Talking Books and Braille Center (TBBC) will be a gathering space for Blind, Low-Vision and Print Disabled communities in San Francisco to engage in the joys of literacy, explore technology and enjoy library programming. The TBBC was created in 1971. It is located on the second floor of the Main Library, built in 1996. The TBBC is part of the National Library Service administered by the Library of Congress and is a beloved fixture of the Blind and Low-Vision community.

The practice is designed for beginners and experienced players. If you do not have your own equipment, we can provide you with both elbow and knee pads and eyeshades.
