The National Federation of the Blind of California will be offering four scholarships ranging in value from $2,000 to $5,000. To qualify, one must be legally blind, plan to attend college full time in the fall and plan to attend the entire National Federation of the Blind of California state convention to be held Thursday October 18 through Sunday October 21 at the Embassy Suites South, in El Segundo.
