JVS is seeking a Director of Human Resources and Facilities. The Director of Human Resources and Facilities is responsible for providing strategic, proactive and hands-on Human Resources and Facilities leadership to help the agency meet and exceed our mission and vision.  The Director will create a “best in class” Human Resources function that leads to the successful recruitment, training, retention and engagement of high-caliber and service-oriented staff at JVS.
The Director is responsible for the overall administration, coordination and on-going evaluation of the agency’s Human Resources and Facilities policies, programs, and practices including recruitment, retention, training, employee relations, compensation, benefits, procurement, compliance, and safety.
JVS currently has approximately 75 employees located in one office in the financial district of San Francisco.  This position reports to the Director of Finance and Administration and also works closely with the Executive Director, the Executive Management Team, Finance Department, IT Department and Program managers.  The HR Generalist and the Office Services Assistant report to the Director of Human Resources and Facilities.
