Universal Customer Service Representative II

Responds to customer telephone inquiries by direct action or referral questions and requests.  Complies with requests, sells bank services, resolves problems, and explains Bank policy regarding rates and service charges.  Previous customer service skills and banking preferred.  This position is eligible for incentive.  Schedule:  TBD.

Customer Service Supervisor

Directs the delivery of superior customer service to Redwood Merchant Services clients.  Supervises a call center staff of 4 to 5 service representatives.  Ensures a timely response and resolution to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns.  Directly handles difficult or elevated customer calls.  Oversees and performs ordering of equipment.  Downloads software to equipment.  Trains merchant customers on use of hardware and software.  Hires, trains, guides and assesses the performance of staff members.
