Position Description:
Responsibilities
• Oversee and develop all sales and promotional initiatives for the station.
• Develop a marketing campaign to build brand awareness within the community.
• Manage Radio Disney standards and guidelines to staff while actively overseeing the execution of programs and events to ensure protection of the Disney brand.
• Responsible for maintaining FCC compliance at all times and pro-active with asset protection.
• Ability to manage and lead Sales and Promotion departments of Radio Disney
• Responsible for generating revenue while achieving station budgets, controlling expenses and protecting the Disney brand.
Requirements
Work Experience:
• Mimium 3 years of relative background.
• Experience in Sales Management.
• Additional promotions and Kids Marketing experience desired.
• Radio or Media experience is a preferred
Education:
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
Technical Skills:
• MS Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel
