EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
LINC, Inc., a center for independent living, located in Belleville, Illinois is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to lead the organization in the years ahead. LINC, Inc. operates in St. Clair, Monroe and Randolph counties with a staff of 15 and an annual budget of over $850,000. The Executive Director oversees staff, finances, development, and marketing while reporting to, and carrying out the policies of the Board of Directors. A four year degree is required and a master’s degree in Social Services is preferred. The position also requires at least five years experience in human services or related work. Planning, fund raising and advocacy experience are all pluses. Applicants should be fully committed to the independent living philosophy. Some travel, primarily within the state is required.
