The summer Student Temporary Employment Program (STEP) provides temporary employment to meet specific occupational needs and workload demands of the Social Security Administration.  It also enables students to earn money while continuing their academic studies and serves as a tool for heightening their interest in a career in the Federal Government.

WORK LOCATION: 1221 Nevin Avenue, Richmond, CA 94801.  The office is across the street from the Richmond BART station.

HOURS OF WORK: Monday through Friday – 8 hours per day.

TYPE OF POSITION: Full-time, Temporary, Not-to-Exceed September 30, 2009.
