What is Qi Gong? Think of Qi Gong as a “moving meditation” addressing the “whole” for stress reduction & self-care, which benefits both physical and emotional health, and includes the physical, mental and spiritual aspects of a person, as well as the person’s integration in the world they live in. Qigong is not exercise -- it is dynamic meditation where doing repetitions is not the focus. The conscious application of the three intentful corrections: lengthen the spine, deepen the breath, clear the mind or visualize healing, which can be done sitting, lying down, standing or moving. Join our instructor Dale Mirmow (Ren Xue of the Americas, Level 2 Yuan Gong Training Level) weekly in this dynamic form of moving meditation and discover the health benefits that await you.
