On the last Saturday in February, join us in LightHouse’s top floor yoga studio for a two hour yin-yoga workshop focused on self-care in the new millennium, led by our brand new Health and Wellness Program Coordinator, Amber Sherrard.

February is the month of love and you deserve to love yourself. Yin Yoga focuses on the connective tissues of the body through postures that are held in stillness and mindful awareness. It is the perfect complement to any self-care routine. Yin Yoga addresses tightness and toxin buildup in the joints and connective tissue through poses that are equally challenging for the mind and body. The result is not only more lubricated and flexible joints, but also a greater sense of balance, peace, and calm. Come and learn to love yourself and love your yin!
