Every Wednesday, dedicated volunteer Jeffrey Schneider of the San Francisco Zen Center brings a little bliss to our LightHouse students in his meditation class from 10 - 11 a.m. in the 1148 Dove’s Nest Craft Room. Jeffrey will join us at the LightHouse Guest Speaker series to speak about the Buddhist context from which the meditation practice arose.
