Learn and experience some easy and wonderful exercises that will help with pain, stress, and compromised health. Qigong will give you more energy, and a greater sense of wellbeing. Learn how our energy can get blocked which creates illness, and find out what can be done in a short amount of time to change your mental state, and give you tools to use for a healthy, calm, relaxed, and joyful life. Yuan Gong Qigong is different from normal Qigong being that is much easier, more fun, and takes less time to practice. Please join our Saturday March 10th Qigong Workshop with our volunteer Instructor Dale Mirmow ( Level 4 - Ren Xue of the Americas).
