Audio Described Theater: Bright Star

Children of the 80s, rejoice, and everyone else who loves American Bluegrass and Jazz, for Bright Star comes to the Curran. Steve Martin, comedian and banjo talent extraordinaire, teamed up with 90s songwriter and musician Edie Brickell, of New Bohemians fame, to conjure an original musical that tells a sweeping tale of love and redemption set against the rich backdrop of the American South in the 1920s and 40s.  Tickets for this one-time only audio described performance are $39 and can be obtained by contacting Adult Program coordinator Serena Olsen at 415-694-7316 or solsen@lighthouse-sf.org.
