The term “self-defense” is pretty self-explanatory, but what makes it part of the 1Touch Project? Did you know that no fewer than 5 LightHouse staff members are certified to teach this unique and innovative approach to self-defense? Serena Olsen is one of them and will make just one hour available per month to tell all about the 1Touch Project and do some demos. We’ll get interactive so you can really get in touch with 1Touch.
