Since 1986, the LightHouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired has sponsored Insights, an annual juried exhibition of works by artists who are blind and visually impaired, working in all media except video and performance.

This international show is a statement that a visual impairment is no obstacle to the creation of unique and beautiful art. Presented in partnership with the San Francisco Arts Commission Gallery, the exhibition appears each year in the lower level gallery space in San Francisco’s City Hall.
