Computer Skills Workshop
The LightHouse continues our computer education series with basic lessons in Windows XP using adaptive software and keyboard commands. No computer skills are necessary for these workshops. Classes are kept small so space is limited. Please contact Philip Kum to sign up.
Our technology lab is open to our clients Tuesdays and Thursdays,
4 pm to 7 p.m, and
Saturdays, 10 am to 3 pm. We have state of the art PCs with assorted adaptive software and technology, and high-speed internet. Our lab also has Braille displays, scanners, CCTVs, and other adaptive hardware. Our public kiosks are open whenever the building is open, and are outfitted with most of the same technologies as the machines in our lab.
